Norihiko Nakase

I develop software that facilitates communication and supports human resilience, with a research focus on connections between individuals, between individuals and groups, and between people and things.

I was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido. After graduating from Sapporo Minami High School, I moved to Fukuoka to attend Kyushu Institute of Design (now part of Kyushu University). I currently work in Tokyo as a software developer.

I co-founded Internet Communication Research (ICR), an independent research community.
